Question 1

What makes Wallo different?

Accepted Answer

Your photo is printed on metal, with no visible frame. A hidden backing creates a shadow behind the print, giving it the appearance of floating away from the wall.

Question 2

Can I see my photos before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Upload your photos, adjust the crop, and preview your arrangement in our virtual living room before checking out. The room is an illustration, so actual size and color may vary.

Question 3

What photos can I upload?

Accepted Answer

Upload JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 15 MB each. Choose clear, high-resolution originals for the best result. You can create a wall with up to ten photos.

Question 4

How much do prints cost?

Accepted Answer

8 × 8 prints are $19 each, five for $79, or ten for $139. Set pricing is applied automatically when you choose five or ten photos.

Question 5

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free on orders of 3 or more prints. Orders of 1 or 2 prints ship for $12.99. Prints are made in 1 to 2 business days, then shipped.

Question 6

What if I don't love it?

Accepted Answer

Love it or we'll reprint it. If your print arrives damaged or isn't what you hoped, email orders@wallo.tech and we'll make it right.
